Prof. David N. Mungai, Director WMI, presented four (4) graduands from the Wangari Maathai Institute during the 62nd graduation ceremony held at the University of Nairobi on December 20, 2019. Among the graduands were Victor Boiyo and James Kinywa who were awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Governance and Management while Elmah Odhiambo and Phyllis Wamaitha were awarded the degree of Master of Science in Environmental Governance. The graduation ceremony was presided over by the Chancellor, Dr. Vijoo Rattansi who conferred degrees and awarded diplomas to 8,428 graduands.
