Prof. David Mungai, Director, Wangari Maathai Institute received a copy of masters thesis from Mr. Rueben Omega on January 7, 2019. Mr Omega was a student at the Department of Agricultural economics, University of Nairobi. He was awarded the degree of Master of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics during the 62nd graduation ceremony of the University of Nairobi on December 20, 2019. The Wangari Maathai Institute is pleased to have contributed to his studies by providing financial support towards his research on ‘The Analysis of Determinants of Adoption of clean energy cooking technologies and Energy Sources in Kibera’.
